Who am I beyond design?
I’m a mom, a world traveler, an AI enthusiast, a meticulous planner, a community leader, and a storyteller at heart.
About
Summary
I design experiences that create clarity, confidence, and impact.
I'm a Product Design leader with a background spanning UX, visual design, and learning experience design. Over the past decade, I've partnered with organizations including Intuit, Comcast NBCUniversal, Microsoft, and Amazon to design products, systems, and experiences that help people do their best work.
My career began in learning and instructional design, where I developed a deep understanding of how people learn, navigate complexity, and interact with technology. That foundation shaped how I approach product design today: combining user needs, business goals, and technology to create experiences that are intuitive, scalable, and meaningful.

My Approach
I thrive in ambiguity and enjoy finding the right problems to solve.
The projects I enjoy most are the ones where the path forward is not always clear. I like asking questions, uncovering insights, and working with cross-functional teams to understand what is really needed before jumping into solutions.
I combine research, design thinking, product strategy, and iteration to create experiences that balance user needs with business outcomes. I'm especially interested in AI-enabled experiences, enterprise products, design systems, and learning ecosystems.

My Leadership
I believe great design happens when people feel empowered to contribute.
The best solutions come from bringing together different perspectives. I enjoy partnering with designers, engineers, product managers, business leaders, and subject matter experts to create shared understanding and move ideas forward.
My leadership style is collaborative, transparent, and grounded in mentorship. I focus on building trust, developing people, and creating the systems and processes that help teams do their best work.

My Why
I believe good design should make people's lives easier.
My passion for accessible design started long before I became a designer. Growing up in a family of Ukrainian refugees, I saw how confusing systems and inaccessible information could create unnecessary barriers.
Those experiences shaped how I think about design today. Whether I'm designing a product experience, building a design system, or improving a learning journey, my goal is to create experiences that reduce friction, build confidence, and help people accomplish what they came to do.

Outside of Work
I love immersing myself in new experiences.
Curiosity has always been a big part of who I am, both personally and professionally. I love traveling, exploring new places with my family, experimenting with creative projects, and finding inspiration in everyday experiences.
Outside of work, you'll usually find me planning our next adventure, making something with my Cricut, watching design and home improvement shows, or spending time with my husband, kiddo, and pups.
